You need a little more specific. "Bump" could be anything. How big around, what color, it hurts, how long have you had, etc. It is also in the vagina or the skin of the external genitalia? It is possible that some of Jock itch ingrown hairs, or worse. If you are really interested in being examined by a doctor. In the meantime, you should use a condom or avoid sexual activity altogether.
You need to go to the doctor to this information. You have to run the tests, perhaps an insect bite, or possibly an allergic reaction. Try a dermatologist, and even burst, perhaps only the skin.
Go see a doctor. It is very difficult to diagnose something without seeing it. I think it might be just a tiny point, but the vagina may be normal.
